Vintage Antique Print Ad, Bickford Family Knitting Machine Polka Framed Advertisement. Features a b&w advertisement for Dana Bickford Knitting Machine.
The front features a group of woman knitting and discussing their knitting around the Bickford knitting machine in what appears to look like they are inside of a living room of a home. The bottom left reads" Dana Bickford President & General Business Superintendent", middle reads" Salesrooms: 689 Broadway N.Y." and the the bottom right, "Schuamcher & Ettlinger Litho 15 Murray St. NY". The other side of the framed litho features the "Dana Bickford's Knitting Machine Polka Sheet Music" by Herman Godfrey. The bottom of the sheet selling music reads "Entered according to the Act of Congress, in the year 873, by D. Bickford, in the office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington". The frame measures approx. 14 1/4" x 11 1/4", brown and in-tact. The back has a wire hanger. The wood around the frame has wear but in otherwise nice vintage condition. The litho in both the front and back has some creasing and spotting attributed to age but in otherwise good condition also.
