Vintage 800 Italian selling Silver Lipstick Compact with Bright Red Glass Cabochon

This is a lovely vintage silver lipstick compact.

The piece is marked .800 purity. It is most likely Italian and dates from the 1930's.

The case is made of etched silver set with a bright red glass cabochon. When the cap is removed, a spring loaded mirror pops open.

The case is in good vintage condition with no serious wear or damage. It does need a clean.

The case measures 2.25" long and .75" wide
