I got this building as part of a Lot that selling I bought recently. As I do not do this theme, I am offering it as well. The animation, soundtrack and lights all work. There are, however, three pieces that are completely loose. These are clean breaks and can be put back easily. Two sections of the fence that are about midway up the building are loose as well and will also need to be secured. Includes box, styrofoam and strap as well as the cord. Loose pieces will be wrapped securely for shipping.
