This perfect black cloche hat is hand blocked using an original vintage base . It is trimmed with black millinery petersham ribbon and has a spray of flowers on one side, pink silk and paper roses and a black vintage feather flower. It is so reminiscent of the roaring 20s , ideal for summer parties, picnics and weddings. It is hand blocked and made to fit a 22" head, though it can be stretched a selling little.
