Vintage 1950s Water-proof Work Pants. Beige Khaki Trousers with Ribbed Wool Hems. 'American Field' Sportswear Toledo Ohio selling Size 34

A very sturdy pair of work pants that are apparently waterproof, according to the tag! These pants look pretty crisp and don't appear to have been worn very much at all, but the thigh area is a bit dirty and the wool cuffs have been moth eaten. We haven't washed these pants, so with a good scrub they may come out perfectly clean. They have a reinforced seat and knees, one button flap back pocket, 3 front pockets and a talon metal zipper. There is no contents tag but the back paper tag states that these pants are made from " army-duck water-proofed clothing finish". That paper tag is probably supposed to be removed and may be evidence that these pants have never been washed! (they are clean and look new inside).
