Mid Century Reed and Barton Blue Enamel Bowl, Vintage Irish selling Setter Badge Attached

This beautiful silver and blue enamel mid century bowl has an amazing surprise! Someone in the past attached a 1928 Irish Setter Association Badge to the inside of the 1950s bowl. The bowl is by Reed and Barton with selling the number 251 marked on the bottom.

The silver and blue triangular bowl is so striking and beautiful. The attached 1928 badge appears to be bronze and has a raised relief of an Irish setter and the words "Eastern Irish Setter Association, 1928" around the rim of the badge. It's a gorgeous badge.

This Mid Mod bowl measures 7" across and is about 2" deep. There is some small black spots in the bottom the bowl as can be seen in the photos.
