I don't know alot about this piece. It is engraved by P.D. LTD. which appears to be Possible Dreams. Unsure of what year it was made. It has normal signs of wear. Possibly some type of ornament. It appears to be an Elf / pirate-type of Seamster / seamstress. Something is missing on top of the green item on its lap. Sold as is. Please see photos carefully.
