The neck is ruffled, and it has short, puffed sleeves with elastic cuffs. Pull on style with no closures. The skirt has a side tab closure. The skirt selling is gathered and full.
In great condition, with no holes. There are a no stains to note, just a few tiny, faint spots on the back of the skirt.
