Vintage 19” Ideal Cream Puff Doll 1959 marked B-19-1. I have had this doll since Santa left it under the Christmas tree in 1958 or 1959. I'm retiring selling and ready for someone to adopt her. She is in great condition and still wearing her dress and bonnet. Eyes open and close. Still squeaks if you press her tummy.
