This is for a military uniform made by SACO Uniform in Philadelphia marked issued 1943 WWII . worn by a solider names Horowitz. Says 38L waist 32. Looks like it was worn and possibly battle damage? All the original buttons and escilons on the collar. Lots of hand stitching. Would make a great selling show piece on a mannequin in a home or museum. Or maybe as authentic reenactment uniform you can wear on the field yourself. After some internet research I was told these are fairly rare today. And 100% an antique.
