Before shipping the bag we wash it entirely at a very high temperature, we use a Tuscan leather washing technique to make the leather even softer, beautiful and more resistant over time. During the washing phase the zip and the lining are affected a little, all washed leather bags the zip comes out a little wavy, but the zip work normally.

The bag in real natural leather the leather is different every time, each bag is unique to the others. Small imperfections such scars, natural stains and different grain are part of the beauty of the leather.

We accept returns. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if you are not in the European Union area, take note that to return the leather product there will be the Italian customs in the middle, the Italian customs will calculate 22% VAT and 9 euros for customs clearance, the total customs taxes will be deducted from the bag. Any shipment costs will not be reimbursed.
