Very old, rare face plate or master unit from Melody Maid. Produced in Los Angeles by Musi-Vox electronics in I believe the 60's. Definitely needs selling some TLC but if this is your niche it could be put to really good use. This has been up in an attic for no telling how long so I honestly have no idea it's last use.
