Asian Cloisonne Peacock selling with Turquoise Coral Beads

selling This vintage cloisonne peacock is a great example of Asian folk art or craftsmanship. The peacock is made of a piece of thin brass plating that is shaped into the bird. The peacock is decorated with thin circular wires, and colored beads are placed in each circle. It was handmade and must have taken many hours to complete. It is mounted on a circular disc. The folk quality of the piece comes out in the expression of the bird's head. It measures 4 3/4 inches to the top of the tail. The tail is 2 1/4 inches wide. There are 3 beads missing and 2 of them can be seen in the tail picture around the bottom piece of coral.
