Product code: RARE VINTAGE MENS GLASS ACORN selling CUFFLINKS
These are a very rare find I have never found any since like these other than some reproductions of them used for crafting and a few new old stock but they were no comparison to these and the glass was not the same composition. Druids used to eat acorns, believing they had prophetic qualities. Historians believe the word “druid” comes from the Celtic word for acorn. In Celtic and Nordic cultures, the acorn symbolized immortality, fertility, and life. The acorn has been full of symbolism all throughout history. This symbolism lingers into today. I love vintage because of all the history and symbolism used over the years. I am unsure of maker of these and unsure of the metal. I would guess these would date back to early 1900's selling.
