A custom watercolor painting of a home is the perfect gift! Whether it's a housewarming gift, a thank you gift from a realtor, or a thoughtful birthday/anniversary/Mother's Day/Christmas gift, it is a conversation piece that will look great on a wall for many years to come.

Note: Many sellers sell watercolor prints that are digital – created with a filter using software. Our prints are completely hand-painted!

Let's start with a photo.
1. Take a few photos of the home from various angles so I can better understand the architecture.
2. I will paint based on the photo, so make sure the photos are high resolution and the color is accurate.
3. Take the photo at a time when there are not harsh shadows (early morning or late afternoon is usually a good time).

The process:
1. Email me at kristi[at]gothumbprint.com with the photos and any specific instructions, i.e. things to remove, text to add, etc.
2. I will email back a rough sketch for approval before I start painting.
3. I will selling finish the painting and ship. Paintings will be completed and ready to ship in about 2-3 weeks depending on my workload. They will be carefully packaged and shipped safely to you.

The prints should be matted and framed under glass to preserve the integrity of the print.
