Lisner Christmas Tree Pin, Signed selling Mid Century Pine Needles Rhinestone & White Enamel with Red Stones, RARE Book Piece

This signed Lisner, rare-to-find, vintage 1960's Christmas tree pin, a rare beauty to find, is shown on page 55 of Mary Morrison's book, Christmas Jewelry - and on page 103 in the book by Nancy Trowbridge, Christmas Tree Pins.

Morrison describes this tree as having "two layers of thirteen circles of needles", while Trowbridge describes the interesting pin boughs as "springy loops in four tiers".

Like the example in Morrison's book, this Lisner tree is enameled in white and each of the thirteen branches is set with ruby red colored pear shaped or tear drop rhinestones. Trunk has a simple circular base and topper is a five pointed star embellished with a clear round chaton rhinestone in its center.

Back of tree is marked "LISNER" with the copyright © symbol. Tree is in really excellent shape, with all stones sparkling; no foil loss to note at selling all!

Tree measures 2 1/8" tall X approx. 1.75" inches at its widest point.
