From 19th C., Ottoman Turkish antique hammam bath bowl fully engraved copper with oriental patterns.
It is thick-walled and heavy.

* 22cm (8.5/8") in dia selling - 5.6cm (2.1/4") in height

The be-all and end-all item of Ottoman hammam culture. Bowls were needed for people to bath themselves at those days when shower faucets were absent.

Solid and in very good condition for age with some wear of use. The patterns are still clear-cut.
