This set has been throughly inventoried, it is missing the following: 2x 15064-black appendage bony with bar end, 1x 93789-pearl gold spear, 1x 98137-yellow green propeller blade with bar end, 1x 88290 dark brown scabbard for minifigure selling and minifigure njo153 Kai. The following parts are present in set but not the correct color: 1x 3747b should be black but is red, 1x 93606 should be dark blue but is dark bluish gray and 1x 2431 should be trans neon green but is trans blue. Other then that the set is complete and in excellent condition. No instructions; However, they can be downloaded for free from the website.
