Selling Watercolour Figurative British Beach Original Painting

I often look at a piece of figurative work like this and find it difficult to engage with thinking it is too personal an image but in this instance, I and others can see just selling how generic and pleasant it is.

Apparently, the boy had spotted a bucket and spade in a local seaside shop before having a day on the beach, which perfectly matched his sandals and begged for them to be bought! Reminds me of children everywhere and apart from all that , it is just a well painted, feel good image to see a carefree child playing, happy with his own company on a beautifully sunny day on a beach somewhere in the British Isles!
