Celluloid Page Turner/Letter opener features an ornate Floral embossed German Silver handle. It is marked Alpaca, as shown. Alpaca Silver is also known as German Silver or Nickel Silver selling. There is a tiny nibble of celluloid loss at the handle base, as shown with arrow in the 4th photo. Hardly noticeable.
