Never used in original box, chrome Kohler shower head and trim set. Please note that item is missing three pieces, the sleeve, guide/shower activator, and diverter button(if needed). Missing items are all available from Kohler as shown. Shower arm also has some minor scratching as pictured. Item retails for $450 brand new, shower head alone retails for about $90 currently.
