If you haven't heard the news, these beautiful butterflies are now an endangered species. My youngest found this monarch unable to fly so we stuck it in our flower garden. We are honestly not sure if it was eaten or if it flew away. I took the opportunity to take some beautiful pictures of it. I will be donating 20% of the cost toward Save Our Monarchs.
