Product code: Hand painted nippon serving selling dish set
This is a small Japanese serving dish, probably intended for radishes selling or other small vegetables. It has Moriage beading with gold trim on a pale blue border, with panels of flowers and squares. Pierced handles on both the serving dish and salt cellars. Condition is perfect looks like it has never been used. Age is approximate, between 1911 and 1920. Mark is Nippon, with M in a wreath, indicating Murimura Brothers. Measures 7" x 5", salt cellars are 3 1/2" x2".
